’s prepCoach Service is now Course Advisory Support

To better serve our students and their referring managers,, a service of WebCE, is transitioning our prepCoach service to Course Advisory Support. This change will take effect January 1, 2018, and provide coaching support that is less intrusive for students while keeping managers better informed of their candidate’s progress.

Course Advisory Support will be included as a standard service for all courses at no additional charge, making course advisors available to all students and their managers. Students can contact a course advisor by email or telephone with any questions they may have about their course or state exam, and our course advisors will coach them through any obstacle. With Course Advisory Support, coaching services will now be available for students on demand, whenever they need it, without the disruption of daily telephone calls.

At, we know how important it is for referring managers to stay informed of their candidates’ progress. Our new Course Advisory Support service elevates the tools and information provided to managers. Easy-to-read snapshot reports will be emailed to managers consistently to keep you informed of your candidates’ performance. Course advisors will also work closely with managers to ensure all students are successful.

If you are a current referring manager, a course advisor will call to introduce him or herself shortly after the start of the new year. Your course advisor will explain this new level of support in more detail and answer any questions you may have about Course Advisory Support.
